A father walks up an alpine hill at sunset with his laughing child on his shoulders, pointing at the horizon.

Health for the long run, built around the life you already have.

Your own health team, like pro athletes have. A doctor and a coach cut through the noise, find what matters for your body, and help you make it stick. For the people who count on you.

Apply for the first cohort

We start in early 2027.

  • Physician-reviewed
  • Remote, anywhere in Germany
  • GKV and PKV handled

Who it is for

Sound familiar?

  • New parent

    Still fit. Life just changed.

You trained for years: tennis, padel, running. Then a kid arrived. Sleep went first, then training, then you. Somewhere in your mid-30s, pushing through stopped working.

  • Too busy

    Busy, and it slipped.

Founder, lawyer, consultant. Sixty-hour weeks. Training fell off the list, and a late night now costs you two days. You want it fixed without it becoming a second job.

  • Thinking ahead

    Fine now. Staying that way.

You feel fine, and want to be just as fine at 70: hiking, travelling, keeping up with the people you love. You want to know where you stand and lay the foundations now.

  • Not a supplement brand.
  • Not another tracker.
  • Not a subscription to more data.

A 90-day protocol, run by a person, adjusted weekly against your own numbers.

After twelve weeks you have a routine that holds, and your own numbers before and after to show what it did.

What you get

Everything in one place, and someone on it.

  • Example
    • ApoB0.92 g/LIn range
    • HbA1c5.4 %In range
    • Ferritin28 µg/LLook at
    • Vitamin D19 ng/mLLook at
    • hs-CRP0.6 mg/LIn range

    One picture, finally.

Blood work, history, sleep and training data in one place, read by a physician before you talk. Prevention in Germany is fragmented. This is the opposite.

Most of your week lives in zone 2.

    Your zones, not YouTube's.

A fitness test gives you your own heart-rate zones. Training is built on them, with the strength work that holds you together.

We book the lab, the fitness test and the physician, and set it up for your insurance, GKV or PKV.

    A routine, on your calendar.

Training, simple meals from your glucose data, and sleep go in as events. The plan bends around a hard week or a trip.

How it works

Three months. Four levers. One person on it.

  1. Before day one

    Baseline

Blood work, a 10-day glucose sensor, a fitness test and your wearable data. A physician reads the results, then we go through them with you on a call.

  2. Month 1 · TrainingMonth 2 · NutritionMonth 3 · Sleep and mind

    The protocol

Training, nutrition, sleep and recovery, mind. One focus a month, a 30-minute call every week, and plan changes within a day or two, not at the next quarterly review.

  3. Week 12

    Retest

The markers that can move in three months, plus blood pressure, grip and your wearable trends. The physician reviews it. Keep what worked, drop what did not.

See what we test
  • Blood

About 40 markers, including a full blood count: lipids, glucose control, inflammation, liver, kidney, thyroid, hormones, iron and vitamins. Chosen because each one tells us something useful, not to fill a report.

  • Glucose

A continuous sensor on your arm for 10 days, so you see what your meals do.

  • Fitness

A lactate threshold test at a sports medicine centre, plus grip strength and blood pressure.

  • Wearable

Your own watch: sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, training load.

Who is behind it

A small team that has been where you are.

  • A physician

Orders and reads your blood work, signs off on every medical call, and tells you when something needs a closer look.

  • A health coach

Builds your weekly plan from your numbers, runs the 30-minute call, and changes the plan when life gets in the way.

  • Seasoned athletes

Half Ironmans, triathlons, decades of tennis. The protocol borrows what professional coaches do, not what is trending.

  • Parents

We know what a week looks like with a toddler and a full calendar. The plan is built for that week, not an ideal one.

Part of it often comes back.

Before you start, we check what your insurance covers. TK members, for example, get up to €120 back on the fitness test. Private insurance often reimburses the blood work and the physician.

One payment. The lab, the physician and the sports medicine centre invoice in your name, so your insurer can reimburse them. We take no cut.

Optional: spiroergometry with VO2max

Booked on top, at cost (indicative). Not reimbursed.

Questions

Before you apply.

Is this medical care?

The blood work is ordered and read by a cooperating physician, and every medical interpretation is theirs. The protocol itself, training, food, sleep, routines, is coaching. Long Run Health is not a medical practice and does not replace your doctor. If a result needs follow-up, the physician tells you and points you to the right place.

How much time does it take?

The weekly call is 30 minutes. Training and cooking take the time they take, but the plan is built around your calendar, not the other way round.

Where does it happen?

Germany, remote. The blood draw happens at a lab near you, the glucose sensor comes by post, the fitness test is at a sports medicine centre (the first cohort uses one in Munich), and everything else is a weekly video call.

Why not test everything?

Because most of it would not change what you do. We do not sell you a pile of diagnostics. About 40 blood markers, picked for what they actually tell us, plus a glucose sensor, a fitness test and your wearable cover what a 90-day protocol can work on. We skip gut microbiome tests, saliva cortisol profiles, biological-age scores and the rest of the menu. Anything beyond that is the physician's call, never an upsell.

Do you sell supplements?

No. Behaviour and food first. A supplement only when a number says you are short, and only with the physician's sign-off. Not because a podcast said so.

Do I need a wearable?

Any watch you already own works: Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP, Oura. If you have none, we recommend three, the cheapest around €90.

I already have a coach, a wearable, or a doctor.

Keep them. We work with the data you already have and coordinate with whoever is already in your corner.
